1/2 lb. thinly sliced prosciutto, cut into 24 pieces
1/4 cup tightly packed baby arugula
2 small fresh pears, cored, cut into 24 thin slices
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper

Place bread slices in single layer on baking sheet.

Broil, 6 to 8 inches from heat, 1 to 2 min. on each side or until lightly toasted on both sides.
