Kitchen Tips
Tip 1
Special Extra
Top with chopped fresh cilantro and/or chili powder before serving with a bowl of lime wedges on the side.
Tip 2
Serving Suggestion
Pair this creamy soup with fresh crusty bread or a side salad.
Tip 3
Food Facts
This recipe uses 3 cups of chicken broth which is less than what you would get from a 32-oz. carton or 2 (14.5-oz.) cans of broth. If you have any leftover broth, you can refrigerate or freeze it until ready to use as desired. Suggestions include adding it to your pasta cooking water for more flavor, or substituting it for some of the water when preparing a savory sauce.
