2 apples, sliced
1/2 cup dried cranberries
3/4 cup walnut halves, toasted
1/2 cup slivered red onions
3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp. cracked black pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup olive oil

Whisk lemon juice, mustard, pepper, garlic and remaining cheese in small bowl until blended. Gradually whisk in oil until blended.
