1 cup each chopped green peppers and onions
1 clove garlic, minced
1-1/2 lb. extra-lean ground beef
4 cups (1 qt.) boiling water
3 cups cavatappi
1 can (14.5 oz.) no-salt-added diced tomatoes, undrained
2 cans (8 oz. each) tomato sauce

Set SAUTÉ setting on electric pressure cooker for 13 min. Heat dressing in pressure cooker. Add peppers and onions; cook, stirring frequently, 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Add garlic; cook 1 min., stirring constantly. Add beef; cook, stirring frequently, 5 to 7 min. or until evenly browned.

Meanwhile, dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water.

Press CANCEL on pressure cooker. Add bouillon to ingredients in pressure cooker along with Worcestershire sauce and pasta; stir. Add tomatoes and tomato sauce. DO NOT STIR. Close and lock lid. Turn Pressure Release Valve to Sealing position. Cook 4 min. using MANUAL/HIGH PRESSURE COOK setting.

Press CANCEL when timer goes off, then use Quick Pressure Release to release steam.

Add cheese to ingredients in pressure cooker; stir until melted.
