2 Tbsp. minced garlic
2 tsp. minced fresh ginger
6 cups (1-1/2 qt.) water
1/4 cup less-sodium soy sauce
1/4 lb. spaghetti, broken in half
3 heads baby bok choy, chopped (about 4 cups)
2 green onions, thinly sliced

Heat 1/4 cup dressing in medium saucepan over medium heat. Add carrots, garlic and ginger; stir. Cook, stirring frequently, 4 min.

Add water, soy sauce, bouillon cube and remaining dressing; stir. Bring to boil. Add pasta; stir. Cook 8 min. or just until pasta is tender. Remove from heat.

STIR in bok choy; cover. Let stand 5 min. Sprinkle with green onions before serving.
