1/4 cup olive oil
8 cloves garlic, sliced
1/2 lb. each button and shiitake mushrooms, sliced
1 shallot, thinly sliced
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup loosely packed torn fresh basil

Cook oil and garlic in large skillet on medium heat 6 to 7 min. or until garlic is lightly browned, stirring frequently. Remove garlic from skillet with slotted spoon; reserve garlic for later use.

Add mushrooms and shallots to oil in skillet; cook and stir on high heat 2 min. or until mushrooms are tender. Add dressing and tomatoes; stir. Cook 1 min., stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Stir in basil and A.1. Sauce.

Spoon mushroom mixture into serving bowl. Top with cheese and reserved garlic.
