1 pkg. (16 oz.) rotini pasta, cooked, rinsed
2 jars (4 oz. each) diced pimentos, drained
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives

Mix all remaining ingredients except chives until blended.
