Add blueberry pie filling to the cheesecake filling; stir until fully incorporated. Scoop into a large piping/ziplock bag, and snip off the end with scissors to create a small/medium-sized hole so you can pipe the filling onto the cooled cookies.
Decorate the cookies with blueberry pie filling mixture and remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.
