1 lb. boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1/2-inch-wide strips
1/4 cup plain Greek-style yogurt

Cover rimmed baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray. Spread fennel and onions onto prepared baking sheet; drizzle with 1/4 cup dressing.
Mix mustard and turmeric until blended. Add to chicken in medium bowl; mix lightly. Spoon over vegetable mixture.
Bake 22 to 24 min. or until chicken is done. Meanwhile, mix yogurt and remaining dressing until blended.
