1 frozen puff pastry sheet (1/2 of 17.3-oz. pkg.), thawed
2 Gala apples, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
2 Tbsp. butter, cut into 1/4-inch pieces
1/2 cup raspberries, cut in half
2 Tbsp. sugar, divided

Heat oven to 400°F.

Unfold pastry sheet on lightly floured cutting board. Cut pastry sheet crosswise into 3 rectangles; place, 2 inches apart, on parchment-covered baking sheet.

Spread 1/2 cup cream cheese spread evenly onto pastry rectangles. Cover with apple slices, overlapping edges of slices as necessary to fit onto pastry sheets; top with butter and raspberries. Sprinkle evenly with 1 Tbsp. sugar.

Bake 35 to 40 min. or until apples are tender and edges of pastry crusts are golden brown. Cool 10 min.

Mix sour cream with remaining cream cheese spread and sugar until blended; drizzle over tarts. Serve warm.
