Heat greased grill for indirect grilling: Light one side of grill, leaving other side unlit. Close lid; heat grill to 350°F.

Combine dressing mix, dry seasonings and 1 Tbsp. sugar. Spoon 2 Tbsp. seasoning mix into medium bowl. Add mayo, vinegar, 2 Tbsp. cheese and remaining sugar; mix well. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Sprinkle remaining seasoning mix evenly over chicken; place on grate over unlit area. Cover; grill 50 min., monitoring for consistent grill temperature and turning chicken after 25 min.

Move chicken to grate over lit area of grill; brush with half the mayo mixture. Grill 3 to 5 min. on each side or until chicken is done (165°F) and crisp on both sides, brushing with remaining mayo mixture and sprinkling with remaining cheese after chicken is turned.
