Make pizza for your next entrée and try our Shaved Asparagus-Goat Cheese Pizza! This goat cheese pizza boasts rich flavors from the cheese and great texture with shaved asparagus. Give it a try and it might become your new favorite.
Spray baking sheet with cooking spray; sprinkle with cornmeal. Pat pizza dough into 12-inch round on prepared baking sheet; prick evenly with fork. Brush with 1 Tbsp. oil.
Bake 11 to 13 min. or until lightly browned. Meanwhile, hold large end of each asparagus spear, then place on cutting board near edge of counter and peel into thin strips with vegetable peeler. Trim and discard ends of shaved spears, then chop any remaining large asparagus pieces. Place shaved and chopped asparagus pieces in medium bowl. Add remaining oil; mix lightly.
Mix cream cheese spread and goat cheese until blended. Spread 1/2 cup cream cheese mixture onto pizza crust; top with mozzarella and asparagus. Drop spoonfuls of remaining cream cheese mixture evenly over pizza; top with ham.
Bake 6 to 8 min. or until edge of crust is crisp and golden brown. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar glaze.
For added crunch, cook ham strips in small skillet on medium heat 4 to 5 min. or until crisp, stirring occasionally. Remove from skillet; cool, then add to pizza as directed.
