Cook bacon in large ovenproof nonstick skillet on medium heat until crisp. Meanwhile, combine cheese, bread crumbs and paprika.
Remove bacon from skillet; drain on paper towels.
Discard all but 1-1/2 Tbsp. drippings from skillet. Add Brussels sprouts to reserved drippings; cook 8 to 10 min. or until caramelized, stirring frequently. Sprinkle with cheese mixture.
Bake 8 to 10 min. or until Brussels sprouts are tender. Meanwhile, crumble bacon.
Add dressing to Brussels sprouts; mix lightly. Sprinkle with bacon.
