What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
1 Italian bread loaf (1 lb.)
2/3 cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa
2 poblano chiles, roasted, peeled and chopped
3 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
1 pkg. (7.5 oz.) KRAFT Big Slice Jalapeño Cheese Slices
1 pkg. (8 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Selects Natural Slow Roasted Turkey Breast

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 425°F.
Cut bread horizontally in half. Remove bread from inside of each bread half, leaving 1/2-inch-thick shell. Discard removed bread or reserve for another use. (See tip.) Combine salsa, chiles and cilantro.
Place 3 cheese slices in bottom half of bread; cover with half the turkey. Top with layers of salsa mixture, 4 of the remaining cheese slices, remaining turkey and remaining cheese slices; cover with top half of bread. Wrap in foil.
Bake 25 to 30 min. or until heated through.
How to Use the Removed Bread
Use pulsing action of food process to process removed insides of bread halves in food processor until desired crumb size. Store in airtight container at room temperature until ready to use as desired.
For milder flavor, prepare using KRAFT Big Slice Colby Jack Cheese Slices. Or for a touch of heat, prepare using KRAFT Big Slice Hot Habanero Cheese Slices.
Serve with cooked ORE-IDA TATER TOTS.
