2 bananas, divided
2 eggs
1/2 cup cottage cheese
2 Tbsp. honey
1-1/2 cups old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats
2 tsp. baking powder

Reserve 1 banana for later use. Blend remaining banana with all remaining ingredients in blender until smooth.

Ladle batter onto hot griddle or into hot skillet sprayed with cooking spray, using 1/4 cup batter for each pancake. Spread batter to make 4-inch pancakes; cook until bottoms are golden brown, then turn to brown other sides.
