Original recipe yields 8 servings
1 cup buttermilk
2 Tbsp. TACO BELL® Hot Sauce
8 chicken drumsticks (1-1/2 lb.)
1-3/4 cups flour
1 pkt. (1 oz.) TACO BELL® Taco Seasoning Mix

Let's Make It
Pour buttermilk and hot sauce into large resealable plastic bag; squeeze bag to mix ingredients together. Add chicken; seal bag. Turn bag to evenly coat chicken with buttermilk mixture.
Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate. Meanwhile, combine flour and seasoning mix in separate large resealable plastic bag.
Remove chicken from marinade; discard bag and marinade. Add 2 drumsticks to flour mixture; close bag, then shake bag to evenly coat chicken with flour mixture. Remove chicken from bag; place in single layer on large plate. Repeat with remaining drumsticks. Refrigerate 15 min.
Place 4 drumsticks in single layer in basket of air fryer; spray lightly with cooking spray. Cook at 360°F for 22 min. or until chicken is done (165°F), turning chicken and spraying with additional cooking spray after 12 min. Repeat with remaining chicken.
Serve with additional TACO BELL® Hot Sauce.
The chicken can be marinated up to 2 days before coating with flour mixture and cooking as directed.
