Original recipe yields 5 servings
3 cups farfalle (bow-tie pasta), uncooked
1 cup drained roasted red peppers, cut into thin strips
Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt; drain.
Place pasta in medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
Serve with garlic bread and a tossed green salad.
