Add a little spice to your sweet with this pineapple agua fresca featuring jalapeños peppers. Spicy Pineapple Agua Fresca takes only 15 minutes to prep, but you're sure to remember the great flavor for a lot longer.

Original recipe yields 10 servings
1-1/2 qt. (6 cups) water
2 jalapeño peppers, quartered
1/2 cup coarsely chopped fresh mint
2 pkt. (makes 2 qt. drink each) or 4 pkt. (makes 1 qt. drink each) CRYSTAL LIGHT Lemonade Flavor Drink Mix*
6 cups fresh pineapple chunks (3/4 inch)
1 qt. (4 cups) seltzer

Bring water, peppers and mint to boil in saucepan; cook 1 min. Remove from heat. Let stand 10 min. Pour through fine-mesh strainer into bowl. Discard strained solids. Refrigerate flavored water 1 hour or until completely cooled.

Add flavored water to drink mix in 1-gal. glass or plastic pitcher; stir until dissolved.

Process pineapple in food processor until smooth. Add to flavored lemonade; mix well. Stir in seltzer.
