What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
2 cups coleslaw blend (cabbage slaw mix)
1/3 cup KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing
2 green onions, sliced, divided
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
1 Tbsp. jerk seasoning
2 tsp. oil
4 flour tortillas (6 inch), warmed
1/2 cup KRAFT Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese

Toss coleslaw blend with dressing and half the onions; set aside. Toss chicken with jerk seasoning.
Heat oil in large nonstick pan on medium heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 4 to 5 min. or until done.
Spoon chicken onto tortillas; top with coleslaw, cheese and remaining onions. Roll up.
If you don't have jerk seasoning, you can easily make your own. Combine 1 tsp. each brown sugar and crushed dried thyme leaves with 1/4 tsp. each black pepper, ground allspice, ground red pepper (cayenne) and salt. Use this to season the chicken instead of the 1 Tbsp. jerk seasoning listed in recipe.
Serve with a side of rice and beans.
