Heat air fryer to 390°F.
Beat egg in pie plate until blended. Combine bread crumbs, cheese and dressing in separate pie plate.
Dip chicken, 1 piece at a time, into egg, then crumb mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each piece with each ingredient.
Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place up to 5 chicken pieces in single layer in prepared basket; add to air fryer. Cook 10 to 12 min. or until chicken nuggets are crisp and done (165°F). Transfer chicken nuggets to plate. Repeat with remaining chicken pieces.
