What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
1/4 cup milk
1/8 tsp. black pepper
2 Tbsp. butter
1 small red pepper, chopped
1/2 cup chopped OSCAR MAYER Natural Applewood Smoked Ham
1-1/2 cups KRAFT Cheddar & Swiss Cheese Expertly Paired for Eggs, Omelets and Quiches, divided
2 green onions, thinly sliced

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 350°F.
Whisk eggs, milk and black pepper until blended.
Melt butter in 10-inch ovenproof skillet on medium heat. Add red peppers; cook and stir 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Add egg mixture, ham and 1/2 cup cheese; mix well.
Bake 20 to 25 min. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Top with remaining cheese; bake 2 min. or until melted.
Sprinkle with onions.
Serve with a mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Dressing.
Prepare using a green bell pepper.
If you don't have an ovenproof skillet, you can instead use a regular skillet. Just wrap the handle of the skillet with several layers of foil before using as directed.
