Combine remaining flour and sugar with oats and baking powder in separate medium bowl. Add yogurt and butter; mix well.

Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides; spray with cooking spray. Reserve 1 cup oat mixture for later use. Press remaining oat mixture onto bottom of prepared pan; cover with strawberries.

Add nuts and coconut to reserved oat mixture; mix well. Sprinkle over strawberries.

Bake 25 to 30 min. or until lightly browned. Cool completely. Use foil handles to remove dessert from pan before cutting into bars.
