6 sprigs fresh rosemary, cut into 4-inch lengths
4 strips lemon peel (3 inch)
1 qt. (4 cups) lemon lime-flavored seltzer

Bring water, rosemary and lemon peel to boil in saucepan; cook 1 min. Remove from heat. Let stand 10 min.

Use slotted spoon to remove rosemary and lemon peel from pan; discard rosemary and lemon peel. Cool infused water to room temperature.

Add infused water to drink mix in 2-qt. glass or plastic pitcher; stir until dissolved.

Stir in seltzer just before serving over ice.
