2 zucchini, cut into spiral noodles
1 red pepper, cut into strips
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter

1 tsp. lite soy sauce
1 tsp. chili-garlic sauce
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
