What You Need
Original recipe yields 2 servings
4 tsp. extra virgin olive oil, divided
1/3 cup panko bread crumbs
1 tsp. GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing Mix, divided
1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
1/3 cup chopped onions
1 cup penne pasta, uncooked
1-1/4 cups water
1 cup CLASSICO Roasted Garlic Pasta Sauce
4 tsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Italian* Five Cheese Blend

Let's Make It
Heat 2 tsp. oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add bread crumbs and 1/2 tsp. dressing mix; cook 1 to 3 min. or until crumbs are golden brown, stirring frequently. Spoon bread crumbs into small bowl; reserve for later use.
Combine remaining oil and remaining dressing mix in same skillet. Add chicken; stir until evenly coated with dressing mixture. Cook 6 to 7 min. or until chicken is done, stirring frequently and adding onions to the skillet for the last 3 min.
Add pasta and water to skillet; stir. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 15 min. or until pasta is tender. (Some water may remain in skillet.) Stir in pasta sauce, cook 2 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
Stir in Parmesan cheese; sprinkle with shredded cheese. Cover; cook 2 to 3 min. or until shredded cheese is melted. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with reserved bread crumbs.
Serve with a mixed green salad tossed with KRAFT Lite House Italian Dressing.
