What You Need
Original recipe yields 40 servings
2 cups flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2/3 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, coarsely chopped
1 cup PLANTERS Chipotle Peanuts

Heat oven to 375°F.
Combine flour, baking soda and salt. Beat oil and sugars in large bowl with whisk until well blended. Add egg and vanilla; mix well. Gradually add flour mixture, mixing well after each addition. Stir in chocolate and nuts.
Drop tablespoonfuls of dough, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 8 to 10 min. or until edges are lightly browned. Cool 1 min. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
Instead of spraying the baking sheets with cooking spray, cover them with parchment. In addition to preventing the cookies from sticking to the baking sheets, the parchment makes cleanup a snap.
