1/3 cup KRAFT Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese

Let's Make It
Spread cut sides of muffin halves with mayo; top with apples and cheese.
Place on baking sheet.
Broil, 6 inches from heat, 1 min. or until cheese is melted.
Cover muffin halves with cooked bacon or ham slices before covering with apples and cheese, then broiling as directed.
Prepare using a whole wheat or cinnamon-raisin English muffin.
