2 Granny Smith apples
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 Tbsp. milk

Heat oven to 350°F.

Cut apples lengthwise in half; remove and discard stems and cores. Place apple halves, cut sides down, on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.

Bake 20 to 25 min. or until tender. Cool slightly. Meanwhile, mix COOL WHIP and cinnamon until blended. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Microwave caramels and milk in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 45 sec. or until caramels are completely melted, stirring after 30 sec.

Place warm apple halves, cut sides up, in 4 dessert dishes just before serving; drizzle with caramel sauce. Top with COOL WHIP mixture and nuts.
