Stir in orzo; cook, covered, on HIGH 30 min.
Add cream cheese, dill and spinach; stir until cream cheese is completely melted.
This flavorful soup can be prepared ahead of time. Cool, then refrigerate up to 3 days. Reheat just before serving, adding water or more chicken broth if desired to thin soup to desired consistency.
