What You Need
Original recipe yields 40 servings
4 cups old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup butter, softened
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup almond milk
2 oz. BAKER'S Bittersweet Chocolate, finely chopped
1/2 cup chopped PLANTERS Almonds

Let's Make It
Combine oats, sugar and cocoa powder in large bowl. Add butter and vanilla; beat with mixer until blended. Gradually beat in milk. Stir in chocolate and nuts.
Spoon into 40 mounds, 2 inches apart, on waxed paper-covered baking sheets, using about 1 tsp. oat mixture for each mound. Flatten slightly with back of spoon.
Refrigerate 10 min. or until firm.
