2 tsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
1-1/2 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. each dried oregano leaves, dried thyme leaves and fennel seed, crushed
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper

Refrigerate 8 hours.

Shape into 8 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.

Cook in nonstick skillet on medium heat 3 min. on each side or until done (165ºF).

Variation
Instead of shaping the turkey mixture into patties before cooking, crumble the turkey mixture into large nonstick skillet; cook on medium heat 4 min. or until done, stirring frequently.

If frozen, thaw in refrigerator overnight before cooking as desired. When cooking the sausage, be careful not to overcook it or it will become dry.

How to Shape the Patties
Divide turkey mixture into 8 equal pieces, then shape each piece into patty as directed. Before cooking, use back of spoon to make slight indentation in center of each patty. This helps the sausage patties to cook more evenly.
