2 cans (8 oz. each) lightly salted cashew halves with pieces
1 Tbsp. coconut oil
1 Tbsp. honey

Process nuts in food processor 1 min. or until evenly ground.

Add remaining ingredients; continue processing 6 to 10 min. or until smooth, stopping occasionally to scrape down side of container. (Note: The nut butter will first become firm and doughlike. Eventually, the nuts will release their oils and the butter will become smooth and spreadable.)

Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator up to 3 weeks before using as desired.

Prepare using 1 jar (16 oz.) lightly salted dry roasted peanuts. Or, prepare using 8 pkg. (2 oz. each) slivered almonds. If using the almonds, increase coconut oil to 2 Tbsp. and add 1/2 tsp. salt to food processor container along with the remaining ingredients before processing as directed.
