Original recipe yields 8 servings
1-1/2 cups red enchilada sauce, divided
1 pkg. (23 oz.) DELIMEX Chicken Taquitos
1 can (14.5 oz.) no-salt-added black beans, rinsed
1-1/2 cups KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

Heat oven to 400ºF.
Spread 2 Tbsp. enchilada sauce onto bottom of 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Top with layers of taquitos, beans and remaining enchilada sauce; sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 25 min. or until heated through. Sprinkle with cilantro.
Serve topped with sour cream.
Serve with a mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Lite Dressing.
