Original recipe yields 6 servings
1/4 cup KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, divided
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley, divided
1 skin-on salmon fillet (1-1/2 lb.)
2 Tbsp. chopped capers
1 lemon, cut into 6 wedges

Heat oven to 400°F.
Reserve 1 Tbsp. dressing for later use. Whisk remaining dressing with crushed pepper and 1/4 cup parsley until blended
Place fish, skin side down, on parchment-covered baking sheet; brush with reserved dressing.
Bake 17 to 19 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork, brushing with dressing mixture after 12 min.
Sprinkle with remaining parsley and capers. Serve with lemon wedges.
Serve with cooked baby potatoes, and roasted or steamed fresh asparagus.

Heat greased grill to medium heat. Prepare recipe as directed, except grill the fish instead of baking it on the parchment-covered baking sheet.
