Loaded Turkey Nachos

Enjoy delicious Loaded Turkey Nachos in just 25 minutes. These turkey nachos are piled high with shredded cheese, avocado, sour cream, beans and more.
What You Need
Select All
1/2 lb. 93%-fat-free ground turkey
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 cup rinsed canned kidney beans
2 tsp. TACO BELL® Taco Seasoning Mix
1/2 cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa, divided
4 cups tortilla chips (4 oz.)
1 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese
1/2 avocado, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

Let's Make It

Cook turkey and onions in medium nonstick skillet until turkey is done, stirring frequently. Add beans, taco seasoning mix and 1/4 cup salsa; mix well. Cook 5 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.

Spread half the chips onto large microwaveable plate; top with half each of the turkey mixture and cheese. Repeat layers.

Microwave on HIGH 1 to 2 min. or until cheese is melted, rotating plate after each minute.

Top with remaining ingredients.

If desired, you can instead use the turkey mixture to prepare this simple nacho recipe in 1- or 2-serving portions.
