Let's Make It
Add 1/4 cup mint, 1 Tbsp. water and 1 tsp. drink mix to 2-qt. glass or plastic pitcher. Use a muddler or wooden spoon to press mint leaves onto bottom of pitcher to release the oils. Add remaining water and drink mix; stir until mix is dissolved.
Stir in club soda and lemon slices.
Serve garnished with remaining mint.

This refreshing drink can be made ahead of time. Prepare recipe as directed, except do not add the club soda or lemon slices. Refrigerate up to 2 days. Add club soda and lemon slices just before serving.
