What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
1/2 lb. angel hair pasta, uncooked
1 lb. uncooked medium shrimp, peeled with tails left on, deveined
1/2 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
1/4 cup butter
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Italian Vinaigrette Dressing made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1 tsp. zest and 1 Tbsp. juice from 1 lemon
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil

Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
Meanwhile, sprinkle shrimp with Italian seasoning and pepper. Cook butter and dressing in large skillet on medium heat until butter is melted. Add shrimp and garlic; cook and stir 3 to 4 min. or until shrimp turn pink, adding lemon juice and zest for the last minute.
Drain pasta. Add to shrimp mixture; mix lightly. Sprinkle with cheese and basil.
Serve with a mixed green salad and your favorite fresh fruit to round out the meal.
Prepare using KRAFT Shaved Parmesan Cheese or KRAFT Grated Romano Cheese.
