1/2 cup coconut milk

Microwave sugar and water in microwaveable liquid measuring cup on HIGH 1 min. or until water comes to boil. Let stand 3 min.
Pour sugar syrup into tall glass. Add coffee concentrate and milk; stir until blended. Add ice.

How to Toast the Coconut
Spread 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes onto microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 2 min. or until lightly browned, stirring every 30 sec. Store remaining coconut in airtight container until ready to use as desired.
