What You Need
Original recipe yields 24 servings
3 Tbsp. water
1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Unsweetened Chocolate, broken into small pieces
3 Tbsp. butter
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 350°F.
Line 8-inch square pan with parchment, with ends of parchment extending over sides; spray with cooking spray.
Blend water and prunes in blender until smooth.
Microwave unsweetened chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Add sugar and prune purée; mix well. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Add flour and cocoa powder; mix well. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake 25 to 30 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. (Do not overbake.) Cool completely. Use parchment handles to remove brownie from pan before cutting to serve.
Add 1 Tbsp. MAXWELL HOUSE Instant Coffee granules to brownie batter before pouring into prepared pan and baking as directed.
