Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 lb. skinless salmon fillets, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
Freeze salmon 20 min. or just until firm. Meanwhile, combine mayo, onions, ketchup, mustard and 2 Tbsp. pickles.

Chop salmon finely; place in medium bowl. Add egg, bread crumbs, remaining pickles and 2 Tbsp. mayo mixture; mix just until blended. Shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.

Spray large heavy nonstick skillet with cooking spray; heat on medium heat. Add salmon patties; cook 4 to 5 min. on each side or until heated through and golden brown on both sides. Serve with remaining mayo mixture.
