4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
1/2 tsp. salt-free seasoning blend
1/2 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
1 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary

Heat 1 Tbsp. dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Add plums and shallots; cook 5 to 6 min. or until tender, stirring frequently. Spoon plum mixture into bowl; cover to keep warm.

Spray skillet with cooking spray. Add chicken; sprinkle with seasoning blend. Cook 6 to 7 min. on each side or until done (165°F). Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm.

Mix chicken broth, mustard, rosemary and remaining dressing in skillet until blended; cook 2 to 3 min. or until slightly thickened, stirring frequently.
