Spray skillet with cooking spray. Add chicken; sprinkle with seasoning blend. Cook 6 to 7 min. on each side or until done (165°F). Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm.
Mix chicken broth, mustard, rosemary and remaining dressing in skillet until blended; cook 2 to 3 min. or until slightly thickened, stirring frequently.
Serve chicken topped with plum mixture and mustard sauce.
