Mix cream cheese and milk in medium bowl until blended.

Add dry pudding mix; beat 2 min. Gently stir in COOL WHIP, vanilla and 3 Tbsp. sprinkles.

Refrigerate 1 hour. Meanwhile, thread fruit onto 26 small skewers.

Spread any leftover dip onto bottom of shallow waxed paper-lined pan. Freeze several hours or until firm. Transfer to freezer-weight resealable plastic bag. Freeze up to 2 months. Thaw in refrigerator, then spoon into bowl just before serving. Top with additional sprinkles, if desired. Serve with your favorite cut-up fresh fruit.
