What You Need
Original recipe yields 12 servings
2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
1 cup KRAFT Mayo Homestyle Real Mayonnaise
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup HEINZ Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 small carrot, peeled, shredded

Cook macaroni in saucepan of boiling water 15 min.
Meanwhile, mix mayo, milk, vinegar, sugar and pepper until blended.
Drain macaroni; place in large bowl. Add vegetables and mayo mixture; mix lightly.
Refrigerate 2 hours.
Serve this pasta side dish with a crisp, mixed green salad and cooked lean meat, poultry or fish.
This macaroni is cooked longer than what is directed on the package to create a softer-textured noodle that will better absorb the mayo mixture.
This creamy salad can be refrigerated up to 2 days before serving.
