What You Need
Original recipe yields 10 servings
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 cups water
2 Tbsp. butter
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
2 WYLER'S Instant Bouillon Chicken Flavored Cubes
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

Mix cornstarch and water until blended.
Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add onions and garlic; cook 5 min. or until onions are crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Stir in mushrooms; cook 3 to 5 min. or until mushrooms are tender and liquid is cooked off, stirring occasionally.
Stir in dissolved cornstarch. Add bouillon cubes; stir. Bring to boil, stirring constantly; simmer on medium-low heat 2 min. or until thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
Stir in parsley and pepper.
Prepare using WYLER'S Reduced Sodium Instant Bouillon Chicken Flavored Cubes.
Prepare using sliced mixed fresh mushrooms, such as cremini, oyster or stemmed shiitake.
Serve over hot mashed potatoes. Or, drizzled over cooked chicken, pork or beef.
