Add the zesty taste of this Dijon Marinade to chicken for a delicious barbecue dish like no other. This easy Dijon Marinade is made with Worcestershire sauce, olive oil and dijon mustard.

Original recipe yields 16 servings
1 cup LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 cup GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1/4 cup olive oil
8 chicken leg quarter s (5-1/2 lb.)

Let's Make It
Whisk all ingredients except chicken until blended; pour over chicken in shallow dish. Turn to evenly coat both sides of chicken pieces.
Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate, turning after 30 min.
Heat grill to medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
Grill chicken 25 to 30 min. or until done (165ºF), turning after 15 min. Cut in half before serving.
Substitute LEA & PERRINS Marinade for Chicken for the Worcestershire sauce.
For easier serving, cut the chicken quarters apart before marinating and grilling as directed.
Grill green onions along with the chicken just until tender. Serve with the chicken.
This recipe can easily be cut in half.
