Original recipe yields 6 servings
2 Tbsp. butter
1 red onion, sliced
1 ready-to-use baked pizza crust (12 inch)
1/2 cup CLASSICO Fire Roasted Pizza Sauce
1/4 lb. goat cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup sliced Kalamata olives

Let's Make It
Melt butter in medium skillet on medium heat. Add onions; simmer on medium-low heat 15 to 20 min. or until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Cool.
Heat oven to 450°F. Place pizza crust on baking sheet; spread with pizza sauce. Top with remaining ingredients.
Bake 10 to 12 min. or until pizza is heated through and edge of crust is golden brown.
Serve with a mixed green salad and your favorite fresh fruit to round out the meal.
Sprinkle with your favorite chopped fresh herbs, such as basil, oregano, parsley and/or thyme, before serving.
Substitute 1 pkg. (4 oz.) ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese for the crumbled goat cheese.
