Spoon 1/3 of the COOL WHIP (about 1 cup) into each of 3 medium microwaveable bowls. Add chocolate and jam to COOL WHIP in one bowl, caramels to COOL WHIP in second bowl, and marshmallow creme and cream cheese to COOL WHIP in remaining bowl.
Microwave, 1 bowl at a time, on HIGH 1 min.; stir. Continue to microwave 1 to 1-1/2 min. or until chocolate or caramels are completely melted and dips are well blended, stirring every 30 sec. Pour into 3 serving bowls.
Cut each apple into 12 slices. Serve with dips.
