1/2 cup drained roasted red pepper strips
2 lb. boneless beef chuck roast, trimmed, cut into 2-inch pieces
1 tsp. dried rosemary leaves, crushed
2-1/2 cups fat-free reduced-sodium beef broth
1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
1/2 cup KRAFT Lite Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
2 Tbsp. MINUTE Tapioca
2 Tbsp. CLASSICO Traditional Basil Pesto Sauce and Spread
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
