Combine first 5 ingredients in slow cooker sprayed with cooking spray; top with meat. Sprinkle with rosemary.
Whisk remaining ingredients until blended. Add to slow cooker; cover with lid.
Cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours (or on HIGH 4 to 5 hours).
Serve over hot cooked pasta. Sprinkle with KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese.
When serving adults, substitute 1 cup dry red wine for 1 cup of the beef broth if desired.
