Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 Tbsp. oil
1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
1 onion, cut into thin wedges
2 cups instant brown rice, uncooked
1-1/4 cups water
1 can (8 oz.) mushroom pieces and stems, undrained
2 WYLER'S Instant Bouillon Beef Flavored Cubes
2 tsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
2/3 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

Let's Make It
Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat and onions; cook 5 to 7 min. or until meat is browned and done, stirring occasionally.
Add remaining ingredients except sour cream; stir. Bring to boil; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min.
Stir in sour cream. Return to heat; cook on low heat 2 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
Serve with cooked baby carrots and a torn mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Dressing, such as Classic CATALINA.

Cut steak into strips when partially frozen for easier handling.

Substitute 1 can (10 oz.) condensed beef broth for the bouillon cubes and water.
Substitute 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips, for the steak and chicken bouillon cubes for the beef bouillon cubes. Cook and stir chicken and onions in hot oil in large skillet on medium-high heat 5 min., until chicken is cooked through. Continue as directed.
