Original recipe yields 12 servings
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp. ground cinnamon, divided
6 cups sliced peaches (1-1/2 lb.)
1 Tbsp. butter
1 cup complete buttermilk biscuit mix
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup milk
1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
Let's Make It

Mix dry pudding mix, granulated sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon. Toss peaches with butter in large bowl. Add pudding mixture; mix lightly. Spoon into slow cooker sprayed with cooking spray; cover with lid. Cook on LOW 2 hours (or on HIGH 1 hour).

Combine remaining cinnamon, biscuit mix, brown sugar and milk in medium bowl. Pour over peaches; cover with lid. Cook on LOW 2 hours (or on HIGH 1 hour) or until cobbler is set in center and biscuit mixture is cooked through.

Sprinkle with nuts just before serving.
